Absolutely great customer experience. Car came back washed, which I want expecting, so that was a great surprise. The staff though... Spot on. I came in with my dog and they made us both feel so very welcome. They were amazing!

Was informed tyres were illegal due to wear. Contacted my tyre specialist by phone and suddenly the bmw opinion changed. Rated one star for dishonesty.

Very poor welcome at the reception (as always). The promise to call when the car is ready was not fulfilled. I have arrived at 5pm to check whether car is ready and no apology, the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders in response.
