Only in for just over an hour

Was informed tyres were illegal due to wear. Contacted my tyre specialist by phone and suddenly the bmw opinion changed. Rated one star for dishonesty.

Very poor welcome at the reception (as always). The promise to call when the car is ready was not fulfilled. I have arrived at 5pm to check whether car is ready and no apology, the receptionist just shrugged his shoulders in response.

My car went in for a service. Received no video, however when I took the car for an MOT it failed due to excessive fluid leak from shock absorbers and worn bottom arm rear bush, how was this not picked up in the service?
